If I lived next door to you and your Computer I would take care of them. Since I do not live next door perhaps you are better of sending them to a Hotel that specializes in trolls unless it's prohibited for Trolls to be out an d about these days.
Maybe you can plug them into your Computer instead of keeping their medication next to it. Or get yourself a House Robot doing it for you until you get back.
