Question about an iTunes error?
I have iTunes on a windows machine (XP). When I try to access the iTunes store and download, I get an error (unknown error -9812) and it tells me try later, of course, "later" I get the same message. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

This happens quite frequently. It means that your current Itunes is out of date. Download the latest version of itunes on their website. Once you do that should fix the unknown error problem.
