No...the health and fitness industry is rampant with fraud. don't fall for this stuff. keep your money in your pocket. all you need to obtain your desired results are proper diet and exercise. not tons of expensive supplements and expensive gym club memberships. I will stick to my Lifelong theory that all that is needed for a killer body are Proper Diet, Proper Exercise and a little old fashioned Hard Work and Dedication. the first thing you need to remember is not to do anything drastic that will damage your health. Healthy weight loss is between 3-5 pounds per week. To accomplish this you need to burn more calories than you take in, this is accomplished by proper diet and exercise. It is important to become a “label reader” read the nutrition facts on the label of all foods that you eat. Never go over 10 percent fat calories versus regular calories in any food and keep your carbohydrates as low as possible. A high protein low crab diet is the healthiest. Watch your Fat Calories.
Drastically cut back on Junk Food. (total elimination would be better)
Exercise as often as possible and stay active more than you lay sit around try to Find a physical activity that you enjoy and do it often.
Cut back on the coke's/Sodas. these pack on pounds.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

if you re having trouble getting started make a small move such as starting an eating log or buying walking shoes you re three times more likely to follow through if you start with small gestures such as these
