How to get rid of dark under eye circles?
I am 13 and i have some of the darkest under eye circles of all time. Im not tired i sleep allt the time i drink tons of water so i have no idea what else i can do to get rid of them. My mom wont let me get anything expense or anything like that so please if yo know of any home remedies or oils i could get a walmart or target that would be very helpful.

the circle could be allergies and sinus. trying using saline spay(which is salt water) up the nose to clean out infection. for make -up to cover circles use a revlon lightener it not expensive
