    Are you serious? It's a good thing the U.S. Constitution won't allow it. Haven't you heard what he has done to our state of California. He is not only a bad actor, he is a terrible governor!

    Sadly no, but I don't think it should be changed.

    We do have enemies that would exploit such an opportunity, not saying they haven't already..
