For a blog on the Yahoo! Profile:
- Log into your Yahoo! Profile at http://profiles.yahoo.com/
- Click the "Profile Settings" link in your Profile Card area
- Choose the "Anyone" option in the dropdown menu for the Blog field
- Click the "Save" button.
