hand pain, wrist pain, odd shoulder?
Ok. So, for the past several years I have had intermittent wrist pain, often when bending my wrist back. I attributed it to a former job where I dumped animal cages in a pattern similar to what caused the pain. It was of and on pain. I kept thinking it would go away eventually but no luck.
Lately it also sometimes comes up as hand pain, on the top of my hand below my index and middle fingers. Using a mouse with that hand bothers it so I now mouse with my left hand. Sometimes my knuckles also hurt. I recently noticed one of my shoulders is WAY lower than the other, and that is the shoulder on the arm I have trouble with. If I rotate it I get a weird clicking sound and can feel some pain or just odd feelings going down my arm to my wrist. So, I am trying to figure out if it could be referred pain, or if it's all just random little separate things.
I've gone to the doctor, but I don't think they take me seriously as there is often no swelling. I don't want pain meds, I just want to know what is going on and what I can do to fix it. Obviously most people here aren't doctors, but I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and what it was/what they did to fix it.
