Have the dems finally proved their hypocrisy with the Reid comment and flat reactions?

The Senior VP of the NAACP ON TV about an hour ago....and said what Reid said is not RACIST! HOW CAN THAT BE? They say they accept what Reid said was AWKWARD but not racist.

whew....glad to know they are beyond thin skinned and we can tell them they can get us coffee and we are surprised they have a lighter color than others and dont' have that N language! WE can have REAL discussions now and not think whatever we say is racist. GOOD TO KNOW someone of their color has drawn the line between what is racist and what isn't. OBVIOUSLY nothing is racist! Biggest change in RACISIM in 50 years and in 48 HOURS YET!

IF BOZO didn't need the idiot REID right now..he would not have accepted it..and they would not be sticking up for him. BUT THE VILLAGE IDIOT NEEDS HIM AND THE UNIONS! Seeing how it isn't taking long to throw the UNIONS under the bus....the ones that got him into the WHITE HOUSE and support for the HEALTH CARE BILL...wonder how long before he throws the BLACK COMMUNITY under the bus too? What is more priceless than all of this is how they try to make this OUR PROBLEM ..when it was a DEMOCRAT INSULTING A DEMOCRAT..and it is our fault! hahahahahahaha

and rrm...it isn't what was said. It is the HYPOCRISY and how they are trying to cover it up by saying it is not racist. THEY only claim that because they need REID right now...if it was not for the health care bill...things would be differently.

It has nothing to do with WHAT WAS SAID...but WHOM it was said by. It is HYPOCRISY at it's best...and THAT IS WHAT IS BEING BROUGHT OUT and they can't even say it is. They say it isn't racist...but AWKWARD!

WHAT IS AMAZING to me how no one takes responsibility for it. EVERYONE Is analyzing it and the only one that needs to take responsibility for it is the dem party because of their hypocrisy! to make comparisons about anyone else and any other situation is disingenuous. AGAIN...escaping personal responsibility.

IF you make a mistake...own up to it an call it as it is. NO one should be saying ..the republicans did it...and this person did it etc. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE IS IT?

The ISSUE Is HYPOCRISY and the racist comments the REPUBLICANS might feel offended by too. NOT all republicans and democrats are white you know....there ARE BLACKS that are offended by this and wonder why this is accepted by the party of liars.

I'll start by saying that I'm not a Democrat. Now I'll ask someone to tell me that Reid was wrong in his assertion. Do you honestly believe that a black man with a street dialect would have been elected POTUS in 2008? When someone can show me how it was a lie, I'll become outraged. His comment was tacky, yes, but it was not racist. It was factual. Nobody in this country has a right to not be offended, and we're all free to make fools of ourselves. Please try to keep that in mind.

Edit - Edit - @ zzsleepur - Yes, it IS about what was said. Unless what was said is actually racist, how is it hypocritical to not call it racist? It has to be about what was said. Otherwise, all those who are outraged are just making the crap about hypocrisy up to stir up outrage. Racism is all about intent and degradation. Reid tackily used the word negr0, but what he said wasn't a lie and wasn't intended as a slight against black people. Trent Lott, on the other hand, was singing the praises of a man who ran for POTUS on a segregationist platform and stated publiclly that we'd be better off as a nation if we had elected him. If you can't see the difference between the two comments then I'm afraid it's a futile cause.

Reid displayed the same kind of racism that was held for many years in the his country where people marginalized others by race. He does not have to pay for his sins against liberal thought (just as Letterman does not have to pay for raping his workers) becuase liberalism is phony and the US press does not report the failures of other liberals as they do anyone who opposes them. Its phony and there is not excuse for his remarks and attitude and there is no way to alibi his racism by point to others who are racists. Racism is racism, that he has not been called on it exposes the racism of the Dem Party.

LOL! OH, I saw Al Sharpton on this topic. He said that he knows that Reid is not a racist in his heart, so this was no big deal. LOL!

I want to know if Al or Jesse has ever tried to do anyhing about Senator Byrd. DO you think they would be using the same excuse they did for Reid?

Politicians of all persuasions have proved their hypocrisy since the dawn of time. Rail against hypocrisy and you'll find you are an independent who trusts know one. It's the only true way to feel free and liberated.

Hypocrisy is no stranger to the two prevailing political parties in the United States. The Republicans promise smaller government and deliver bigger government. The Democrats promise peace, and deliver more wars. They're obviously working together to screw everybody.

I think Mitch McConnell should say the same thing about Obama that Reid did. I'm sure it wouldnt be blown off by the Dems

Funny, Trent Lott was making a compliment too, but Obama called for Trent's resignation back then.
