What type of activities do you like doing with a kitten to entertain them?

Kittens LOVE thick string or yarn, balls, small toys that move, catnip toys, a stick with a string on it and they chase it while you move it around. Make sure none of the toys are too small for them to swallow and don't leave string out for them as they could swallow and choke on it. My cats always loved a piece of paper bunched up into a ball and you throw it and they run after it. They also love paper bags to go in and out or a box with a hole in it so they can go in/out of it. The list can go on and on. Enjoy your kitty....ther love lots of attention.

    Red laser pointer!

By far the best cat toy I've found. I was even able to help my fat lazy older cat, become much healthier. She was never interested in any other toy we tried.

It's quite entertaining to watch younger cats chase laser pointers, more so than older ones for obvious reasons.

When you are done play time though, be sure to immediately direct your kittens attention elsewhere Ie: a mouse toy, food/treat, or petting. Because I've read it can be emotionally damaging to your kitten if they are always chasing the "prey", but never catch.

I could see where that could be frustrating lol
