I was working two full time job for a long time until last week I got lay off on one of them. I am currently working one full time job instead of two full time job. My question is would I still be able to claim unemployment with EDD in California.

    No, you cannot claim unemployment benefits if you are currently employed. Even if your current employment is only part-time, you couldn't claim benefits. You need to be actually totally unemployed.
