Coolant Leaking from drain hose (1990 Cadillac Seville)?

My car has been overheating recently, and has been low on coolant. Today i started it up and looked for leaks. i didn't see anything, other than at the bottom driver side a small hose pointing down (pretty sure its the drain hose) is dripping at a moderate pace. Im wondering how to stop this leak. Is there some kind of plug? or is it too much pressure in the cooling system. any help is appreciated. thank you all

Update:

Im thinking (hoping) its a loose drain plug, but i cant find the dang thing. Im gonna have to crawl under there because the bottom of the radiator is covered by a metal panel. all i see is the coolant leaking out of the hose which is sticking out of the panel.

On a closed pressurized cooling system, the only coolant drain hose is the overflow for the coolant recover reservoir. You must figure out from where your leaking hose comes from and what it's function is.

Usually on the passenger side, there is a drain hose to drain condensation from your air conditioner. The defroster uses the air conditioner to remove moisture from the air. If you are loosing engine coolant through this hose, you more than likely have a leaking heater core. Have a cooling system pressure test done. It should point you to the leak.

you have a hose going from the filler neck on the radiator to the reservoir. if it,s leaking in the hose all you have to do is replace the hose.
