A mix of 1, 4 and 5. Some smaller, gradual provisions should be made, but mainly just out of respect for humanity, not because of global warming. It's a hoax.

I'm #3. If you stick "man-made" in front of "global warming," then I'm #2.
"Better safe than sorry" seems like the more prudent strategy than trying to preserve the profit margins of some of the most profitable industries on the planet.
