does anyone else have an annoying neighbor that just can't keep her mouth shut?

i have annoying neighbor kids:they come in the morning in weekend and start knocking on my door screaming as much as they can, their parents are gossiping a lot, they want to know where i go every time they see me :s and when they are cooking it smells until the next block.

Trust me I would rather listen to your neighbors conversation.....lol

One of my housemates (it's a Uni house, so we didn't get to choose) sings pretty much constantly the whole time she's awake. She's very loud and not in tune. She wears big boots and our ceilings and walls are paper thin so you can always hear her stomping around (she lives on the 1st floor, I live on the ground floor). She plays godawful music really loud. When her boyfriend comes to stay they have really loud sex all night long (but it only lasts five minutes at a time, which is always worth a giggle) and they run around upstairs, which is ridiculously loud. She kicked her door in and broke it at the start of term, so now she slams it really hard to get it to shut, even though I've showed her that she can do it quietly if she just pulls the handle up. she buys loads of fresh fruit and veg and fills up our communal fridge with it and then just leaves it to go mouldy while she gets takeaway every night.

Last week she knocked on my door to complain that I was too loud while having a conversation with my mum on the phone, at 2 in the afternoon.

when she's talking like that.. place your stereo speakers up against the adjoining wall.. turn on the most awful music you can think of.. (acid rock comes to mind) and turn it up. and then leave and walk around the block.. if she says your music is bothering her, say "OH well sorry, I couldnt hear anything over your conversations you seem to be having on the phone"

or another tactic.. is when she stops talking and hangs up. go knock on her door, or yell throught the wall.. "Hey, Fatima, what did he say, I didnt catch it, is he leaving her or not, you didnt clarify, and im so curious".. .. Then she'll realize her conversations are not so private after all.. hahahaha

Pete.. if you annoying dorm mate knocks again, tell you you have to talk loudly to be able to hear over "her" loud romping time upstairs... then she'll get the hint..

My neighbor cooks 24/7. and it smells like a sewer w/chinese food in it. so my bathroom smells like that.

I kid you not. when i take a shower, it's the worst. the smell of her cooking will come thru the drain, ew.

and the best thing? every time i see my neighbor, she's walking from her car CARRYING MORE GROCERIES..IT NEVER ENDS.

yeah! i have beside me and not exactly a neighbor but a roommate. And she's actually talking right now while i'm answering your question. I'm just pretending to listen to her rants about her work this day (blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah...) it's been 30 mins now and she just wont stop.

Yea my neighbor has a little annoying brat kid that jumps into our yard and steals all my sh!t.

Well I don't but my cousin used to :'] he lived downstairs, and he was like 40 and would always play really cheesy dance music, and sing really loudly to it. Haha :)

Wow,...I feel for you! I'd let the manager know! Maybe they can move you if they can't shut her up!
