I took my car the mechanic and they diagnosed that cylinder 1 is misfiring. I believe them because that's what the computer scan showed. I replaced the spark plugs, wires, and coil (so far) and it still misfires. Before I replaced my coil, it would backfire (I hear "pa pa pa pa") and the misfiring is only bad between 40 and 60 miles per hour. AFTER I replaced the coil with a new one, the backfiring is gone but the car misfires at any speed especially when I heavily push the gas pedal. The computer scan gave me code P036 which is "Engine Misfire on startup" (Doesn't tell me much). I put in fuel injector cleaner, but with no success. So here is what the car is doing:

-When I put my car into the "R" or "D" gears and keep my foot on the break, the car shakes badly (it also does that when I first start the car.

- When I heavily press the gas pedal, there is a vibration noise and the car vibrates as well. It sounds almost like there is a lot of air somewhere (Is that a clue somehow?)

- The acceleration is really slow especially when I heavily press the gas pedal.

So based on these facts....... Any ideas? Is it some kind of belt? Is it the fuel injector for cylinder 1? What is it?

this time is right at this minute in my timezone. to me, i consider the time of 'asr or (عصر) to be very dead. i feel that way because nothing is going on and there is nothing to do. i went to classes and came back and now it's almost 4 PM and i don't know what to do. i think i will go take a drive (i enjoy driving around town) but i don't do that everyday. there is nothing on tv, i have no homework for tonight and i'm just sitting here online...... so if you feel the same thing i feel about this time.. what do you do?

So i was watching the first 48 tonight, the suspect was obviously at the crime scene because his fingerprints were on the car which is the main object at the crime scene. the suspect was arrested and based on his attitude at the police station, the detectives were convinced that he is indeed the suspect who shot and killed 2 people inside that car. at the end of the episode i read that the charges were dropped..... i can't seem to figure out why. anybody has an idea?

This is more of an update.... a funny update, if you will.

So all of the sudden I hear my neighbor screaming at someone (on the phone as she's always on it) and this time it wasn't talking, she was yelling so loud i bet people 10 miles away can hear her. apparently her boyfriend (i guess) upset her in a way and this time all her words were clear, she was saying "you go to church, how can you do such thing? i don't even go to church and i ain't like u". lol. this conversation was literally less than a minute and all what she did was yell at the poor man.

i left a note under her door to keep the noise down but obviously that hasn't worked. I feel sorry for the person who's going to get this apartment after me.

since i am in an apartment and not a house, i can hear my neighbor (woman) all the time. she's 24/7 on the phone talking VERY loud with God knows who. it's annoying but that's ok because i am moving to a new apartment at the end of the month where i will have a roommate (a friend of mine).

has anyone else has an annoying neighbor?

my first day of eid is so far so good, i went to the eid prayer, had a nice breakfast with all the people there, then came home and now watching some football.

i like to be out during the day and sometimes at night, but i love to be in front of the tv and internet late at night.

i am just wondering what you all have studied in college, are studying, or want to study? and if you have already graduated, does your current job has anything to do with your major?

for me.. i am studying computer science, and i want to work in the computer networking field (in sha Allaah).

I see many users in this section go back and reply in their question to people who have already answered. if someone replied to an answer i put, i wouldn't know.. and checking each question every day is not the best way...... so what is the best way to know when someone replied to you in their question by "editing" it?

does anybody know if saud al-shuraim is going to be an imam this year? i am asking this because a friend of mine told me that he's getting old and they want to replace the old ones (which is strange because he's only 44 (may Allaah make his life longer) according to some websites on the internet)).

I REALLY hope he's an imam. i love that guy in Allaah to death. He's my favorite recitor.
