You're mostly right, there is debate actually if Islam hasn't already grown more that Christianity at this very moment, it wouldn't surprise me if it had. I was ignorant of Islam (had a negative stereotype in my head) until I met and worked with a Turkish student who became a good friend of mine. He actually didn't preach anything about Islam; I am the one who asked questions about it, and it is a very kind and peaceful religion.

The World Almanac and Book of Facts shows a total Islamic population in the US around 4.7 million. Considering the population of the US is over 200 million, it would take a massive conversion to Islam over the next three years to become a majority.

Many people think Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world. Not true. On none of the 6 continents are Muslims the fastest growing religion. Islam is growing fast, but Christianity is growing faster in sheer numbers. Indeed there are twice as many Christians as Muslims in the world today and the gap is becoming larger. Moreover, Christianity has become the world's only religion that is truly universal.

Smaller groups have a higher growth rates such as atheists, Wicca ect. But in total numbers and conversions, Christianity is the fastest growing hands down!

So if Christianity is growing so fast, why don't we see it? Because the growth is occurring mainly in Asia and Africa out of the radar of the Western press.

We can only see and number people who are members of the religion of Christianity or Islam.

But we can't number how many hearts are born of Gods Spirit & cleansed by His Blood.

Because once born of God, our hearts restored to the Heart of God, then we can NEVER BE UN BORN OF GOD!

And the religion of Christianity only points the way to have a relationship restored in Christ. To be a Christian, is to have a relationship. We can't do a study to know how many within Christianity, have a relationship with Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.

We can't do a study to know how many really are Muslims.

Also to consider that those who are in tune with Jesus, they will be ready when Jesus comes to take us up?

By 2015, the rapture may have already taken place. So Islam & sharia law may be the dominating religion.

Then it is possible, that there were be more Muslims after the rapture.

In America, 20.000 people CONVERT to Islam, and most of them are women. In France, 23.000 people convert to Islam and most of them are under the age of 25.
