What kind of meds do i need?

I have really bad anxiety so I'm thinking about going to the doctor. I don't want any medicine that will make me high. So does anyone know what kind they prescribe to people with anxiety? That way I'll know what they're talking about.

    If you don't have any other medical condition, then try to get your doctor prescribe you alprazolam and try to take only 250 mcg once a day, any time of the day you wish or fell like taking it.
