I think it has to be the wheel and the moldboard plow.
The wheel was invented in ancient Sumeria, in Mesopotamia (by the Middle East), around 3500 BC. It was probably thought of because the same people were using draft animals which had been domesticated just before, using sleighs. As time went on, people used rollers underneath the item that was being hauled by the animals, and around 3500 BC the wheel came into use.
It appeared in Egypt and Crete around 1800 BC, and India was using it by that time as well. Interestingly it didn't appear in Britain until about 500 BC, which was a whole 3000 years later.
In America, the Mayans and Incas had actually invented a wheel completely on their own, independently of the invention of the wheel in Sumeria. The evidence is in the toys they had. Kid's toys often had wheels. Except in pre-1492 America, the Native Americans like the Mayans or Incas had no draft animals. Llamas were good for carrying packs, but not good for pulling. Incas and Mayans & Aztecs probably used logs as rollers to haul the blocks to make their buildings, but until that time they had not benefited from the Bronze trade that enabled the Old World to make durable wheel bearings to make a cart or pulley practical. If they did attempt a wheel cart without a durable metal for wheelbearings, it would not have gotten far.
It's interesting how some of the inventions were transferred from one part of the world to another, and how long it took. The Chinese invented the wheelbarrow about 100 BC. It didn't appear to be used in Europe until around the 13th Century AD.
Plows were in use in Europe and the Western world since very ancient times, but it was the moldboard plow invented in China around 300 BC that began to appear around Holland in the 17th Century AD and revolutionized agriculture in Europe. The moldboard plow is the one that has a smaller point cutting into the ground but then has curved parts behind it that split the earth and lift it apart so that it opens the ground and makes it easier to move the plow forward, also making it easier to have parallel points plowing the soil. Consider that it took about 2000 years from its first invention in China to appear in Europe.

If you wanted to choose makeup you could, although you wouldnt have that much information (or so i think). You could include that makeup changed the way that people looked at themselves and at others, and you could also say that it "sparked" the popularity of some industries, such as entertainment (broadway) (movies, and not just pretty makeup, like masks and things for horror movies etc) (modelling), etc. It's not a lot but i hope it helps you to make a decision! Good luck!

A Transer, Star Carrier, or a Hunter-VG that contains you personal details as well as message and secret... A transer contains only data, a star carrier can produce matter waves (EM waves that can be touched or had been materialized), and a Hunter-VG can contain Wizards (EM waves that can think for their own)... Also it is too much advanced... Oh! You can also make a Visualizer (A pair of glasses that specializes in seeing EM Waves) More Advanced Technology!!! :-) Hope you make a great impact in history!!! :-) (If you want to!!!) or you can contact alien life forms... if you can make it happen... let me know... I want to know when it will happen... probably in the years 22XX (just a guess)!!! :-( too sad I won't be living until that date :-(

Mobile Phones (21st century)
Think about life without mobile phones and you will get the idea. Think about how people from lower class facilitate their business with the help of mobile.
