1. You can get Vitamin D from the sunshine. If you scroll down the page on the first website you will be able to find a list of other items that contain vitamin D to help you out such as: Fortified orange juice, salmon (cooked), tuna (cooked), shrimp (canned), egg (whole), Kellogs low-fat granola with raisins, Raisin Bran Cereal, Total Cereal, Kix cereal, and Quaker instant oatmeal for women.
2. You can get calcium from adding cheese to a bagel or sandwich. Most cheeses except cream cheese are high in calcium. If you look at the second link you will be able to see more options. Even though you are one for milk, perhaps you are better with yogurt, I agree plain yogurt is just disgusting but other ones can be useful for your body as well.
Some of the snacks you could eat are:
- If you like coffee-flavored drinks, try a milk-rich latte (decaf is best).
- Look for cereal bars or energy bars that contain calcium. Check the label to see if calcium is listed.
- Make hot cocoa with milk instead of water.
- Eat broccoli dipped in a veggie dip made with plain yogurt.
- Snack on cheese sticks or almonds.
There are many ideas that you could look over on the second website that would be most helpful for you to see what has calcium in it.
But if you aren't looking to change your food that you intake or can't get enough calcium from those foods here are some other supplements you can take...
- Calcium citrate (for example, Citracal®) and calcium carbonate (for example, Tums® or Viactiv®) are good choices. For more infomation, plus look at the second site.
Sincerely,
S. J. More

I was going to say milk, lol. Do you like chocolate milk? I literally drink three glasses of it everyday because it's my favorite drink.
But, if you don't like milk, you could ask your mom or dad to buy vitamins. Or if you're the parent you can go out and look for vitamins that have a lot of calcium and vitamin D.

Any dairy product qualifies for contributing to your calcium. I can't stand milk or chocolate milk either. Vitamin D also contributes. Go outside alot more to help add vitamin D

Eat cheese, yogurt and other dairy products. Some people recommend a daily calcium supplement tablet with an ascorbic acid tablet to help it dissolve. dont over do it.

Basically every fruit has calcium in it.
Also try taking vitamins.
