How can it be affordable when the CBO says it will cost 13,000 dollars a PERSON by 2017.....when I am paying 8,000 for my family NOW! Can you afford 13,000 per person in your family and be penalized 3000 dollars because you are MARRIED and living a LEGAL life instead of just playing house and being irresponsible?

HOW can it be legal and even constitutional to have a bill that states it can't be altered? EVEN the constitution can be altered...why can't this?
