Child support is based on the two parents income only. if your giving up custody when you leave and you haven't been paying..you may have to now..was she paying you for 100% of the time ? she will be in the office so fast to change that around.

I was a product of divorce and when my mom got remarried, my dad got greedy because he knew my step dad made alot of money but the since my mom worked, they didnt combine my step dad's income to my moms to determine child support and my mom ended up having to pay LESS for the trouble he put her thru... So, No, it shouldnt affect your child support.

No your new wife has no rights to your children. She did not give birth to them her income has nothing to do with what you as their father has to pay . The only way her income would be affected is if she adopts them and that means the natural mother would have to sign over her parental rights 1st.

No. The terms of your divorce decree were declared when your divorce was final, and has no bearing on your new wife's income. By law, your wife's money is HER money, and your ex-wife has no claim to money that YOU don't earn. So...you're in the clear.
