I am thinking of getting one of these 2 books. Which one would you say is better and more complete?

If you are trying to make a choice, with the books side by side, open them up and read a passage or two. The book that is easier to read will be much more understandable, easier to reference, and much more user friendly over all. Both books contain virtually the same subject matter, so your choice can't be wrong either way.
