Cheapest place in Piedmont to retire to?
I am wondering where in Italy should I retire where it is cheaper, friendly, safe and I can afford to have a decent house with at least 3 rooms (bedrooms I am talking about). A nice driveway with a small garden. Everyone says down south. Seriously I prefer somewhere in Piedmont. Any suggestions?

well, maybe you stumbled here for good reason - many retire in Thailand - surely less expensive than Italy -

If you really want to retire in Piedmont then you should really ask this question in the Italian travel section of YA. But since you asked it in the Thailand travel section, let me tell you, Thailand is 10 times better than Italy, and will cost you half to live in Thailand than in Italy. Why waste your time and money in Italy come to Thailand and enjoy the nightlife, the beaches, the wonderful people, and the nice warm weather.
