When in pregnancy do you start seeing doctor every 2 weeks?
Just wondering what women's experience with this was.
I'm 30 weeks and I won't be seeing by doctor again until 34 weeks. In addition.. my last appointment my doctor didn't even know I was coming (even though I had an honest to god scheduled appointment) so he basically spent 2 minutes with me The receptionist had the nerve to tell me I wasn't even a patient there. He had to rush off and now he is going to Hawaii.. in addition.. if something had been wrong I honestly think he would have lied to me during this appointment simply so he could leave and go wherever he was rushing too. I am upset. :( I was previously seeing my family doctor but was refferred to a specialist as my family doctor no longer delivers babys.. I am tempted to make an appointment with my family doctor again.. sorry.. I am just releasing my anger over the situation.

About a month and a half before the due date. Every doctor will vary but I think this is the norm. Then at one month before the due date you will go every week & you will get 'checked' as well. Good luck!

I'm reading all of these answers...and I'm a little curious, because I was pretty sure my doctor said she would start seeing me every two weeks when I hit 20 weeks, and then every week when I hit 34 weeks. But I'm not real sure. Im only twelve weeks now, and I see her once every 4 weeks. But I guess Ill ask when I go in for my next appt.

Around 28-32 weeks you'll see the doctor every 2 weeks. My doctor had me start coming every 2 weeks at 28 weeks.

I'm sure it depends on the doctor ... but most women I know start at 28 weeks for a normal pregnancy. With my last pregnancy I started at 28 weeks.
This pregnancy I started at 24 weeks because I have an "irritable uterus" (ie: lots of contractions that are not changing my cervix).

i'm reading all of those solutions...and that i'm slightly curious, because i replaced into truly confident my health practitioner said she might want to commence seeing me each 2 weeks after I hit 20 weeks, and then a week after I hit 34 weeks. yet i'm no longer genuine confident. Im in simple terms twelve weeks now, and that i see her once each 4 weeks. yet i wager ill ask even as i bypass in for my next appt.

Im 33 weeks and just starting to no. It all depends on doctors and also on how pregnancy is going.

I started at 32 weeks, I think. It really depends on the doctor and their practice.
