Dress for hosting cocktail party?
My fiance and I are hosting cocktail party at our townhouse and I was wondering if this would be a great dress for it:

I am 5'4", 107 pounds, 32D-24-33 and platinum blonde with pale skin. I was thinking about wearing strappy high heels with it.
What kind of makeup should I wear? I have red nails and want to wear red lips.

Well if you want to wear red lipstick and you have red nails. I would stay kinda light with the makeup. But not to light because it is a cocktail party. Strappy high heals will be find because, with the short dress and the high heals it will give the look of you having long legs. Have a good time at your party!!!
