I've lost 100 lbs, would it be ideal for me to have old pictures of myself for the ladies or not on Facebook?
I have lost 100 pounds in about a year and a half. I am wanting to start to settle down and find a girl to date. I have been wanting to ask the ladies if yall thought it was a good or bad thing that someone like me used to be fat? I look very fit and athletic now, but I wasnt sure if I should be proud that I have lost the weight or should I just let them go off of what they see now? I am debating on whether or not I should delete old pictures of myself off Facebook and such to increase my chances on finding a woman. Thanks!

When people see how you used to look and then see how you look now, I think it would show them that you are able to set goals and commit to them, like losing weight. But really it is your personal preference if you want to post them or not.
If you feel proud of yourself for loosing that weight and want to show off your accomplishment, then yo should put them up. If you were embarrassed about your weight before and you want to forget about that time of your life, then maybe you shouldn't put them up. But again it is really what you want to do.
Good luck! :)

Sorry to mention, however motivation is the important thing. You can attempt to curb the brink (quantity of motivation you wish to have) and make certain that you just preserve what you acquire. So, make small changes and take a while. Never ever give up or allow pass or relapse in any respect. Keep entering into small steps that you recognize you not ever ought to again clear of. Monitoring would possibly support and you'll be able to see which matters are strong, however you ought to preserve up a factor lengthy sufficient to peer a scientific difference! Doing fast jumps is out of control and can simply go away you dissatisfied again in rectangular one. Finally: Do NOT lose an excessive amount of weight! Try to preserve to a weight that matches your physiology and maintains you in well well being. 240->one hundred forty is far too massive a difference. Take the time and get used to all of the steps in among. A tradition is for existence.

You should be proud, losing weight is not quite easy and that is an impressive performance. Motivation is one of the best factor to influence a person to work harder. If posting your photos on Facebook to show how much you have lost will motivate you, go ahead, it's not bad to be proud of yourself and at least they can show the difference from your old photos.
