lump above epididymitis?

Off and on i have a lump just abovemy epididymitis in the pelvic area.. It comes and goes, is this normal. It looks like the other side doesn't get this at all. When I push it it doesn't hurt but i'm wondering why it's there. Is this normal. It's right about where my epididymitis ends diagnally from the penis is this normal.

If it comes and goes on it's own, then it is probably just the normal ducting of the epididymis. It could be there is a slight constriction in that it allows sperm to form a little bump before it "moves out". The epididymis stores finished sperm until your next "release".

As long as it does not hurt, doesn't stay or get consistently bigger, I would say just watch it.

its most likely something benign, it could be trapped semen if youre noticing it more after ejaculation and it goes away if you dont ejaculate for a while. Its best to get checked out as there are a number of things it could be, most benign but if youre unlucky it could be something thats a problem.

just a cluster of the "tubing". I get worried every time I touch mine. Tell your doctor next time you see him/her, but don't worry.

if it soft is the tube, hard then would have it looked at, or gets bigger.
