My fiance and I are hosting cocktail party at our townhouse and I was wondering if this would be a great dress for it:

I am 5'4", 107 pounds, 32D-24-33 and platinum blonde with pale skin. I was thinking about wearing strappy high heels with it.
What kind of makeup should I wear? I have red nails and want to wear red lips.

That is a great dress for a cocktail party! Just make sure you have a great bra, don't want the girlies to be slipping out, especially as a host.
I think you should do a smoky eye with neutral colors. Let your red lips take the show!

What approximately some white candles with the subject material of your cocktail occasion on them? Or, little mini white wine bottles wit the subject material? How approximately white chocolate products of candy? in ordinary terms some techniques...and that i'm jealous! appears like relaxing! :D

its an okay dress. i dont like how it flips out at the bottom though....kinda dated.
wear a smokey eyeshadow, eye liner and mascara, blush.
the red lips may be a bit much for it
