Air Force Finance Officer question?
Are there any Air Force Officers that graduated with a business degree (more specifically accounting) that can give some advice.
Also if i may ask a few Qs: where would I train after graduation? for the most part, could i be stationed anywhere? on a scale from 1-10, how much will my request for a duty station matter? I don't like asking Cadre a lot of Qs so any help would be great.

1. The Finance officer courses at at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi.
2. Pretty much you can be stationed at any AFB
3. They call it a dream sheet for a reason.
Basically you list 5 bases you want.
But assignments are always based on the needs of the Air Force.
The only time your preferences come into play, are if the Air Force needs a new Finance Officer at multiple Bases and one of those bases, just happens to be on your list.
Then they will assign you to that base.
But, if the bases you listed, do not need a new Finance officer, then you will Never be assigned there.
IE: you are always assigned to a base that needs you, never to a base, just because you want to go there. But sometimes to two are the same, then you get to go where you want.
