GeForce 8400GS or GeForce 9300GS?
Okay my first question is why when I'm looking up these graphics cards on ebay, they come up under different companys? What is the difference if one was to go with eVGA or PNY?
eVGA GeForce 8400GS 512MB PCI-E
PNY GeForce 8400GS 512MB PCI-E
Axle3D GeForce 9300GS 512MB PCI-E
XFX GeForce 9300GS 512MB PCI-E
Besides that, which one of these graphic cards would be best for the PTGD2-LA (Piranha) motherboard which has a pcie x16 slot? I have a 450 watt power supply.

I prefer eVGA for 8400GS and XFX for 9300GS.
Both are great in video card production.
I prefer 8400GS PTGD2-LA. It's a little faster than 9300GS.
eVGA have a lot of cool offers with their video cards. (Bundle of games, Extra cables, cool OC features, Extra booklets, free HDCP cable, HDMI cable, Screws :)) etc...)
PNY is also not bad. But I am not sure about Axle3D. My GTX295 is from XFX. Cool and Quiet!!
