Team Conan!

Conan is hilarious. I've been watching him in NBC's late night line-up since I was young. I was so excited to see him get The Tonight Show, and I was very upset when they took it away from him. I can't wait to see what Conan does next :)

Team "no support for dumb decisions.... everyones essentially".

Why would a network decide 5 years back to give a show to a guy (funny and talented as he is) in order to keep him. How come offer him a deal so far into the future and not come up with a timely solution. Why would that guy (Conan) seeing a show (Leno on the Tonite Show) continuing to get top ratings over those five years, expect a positive reaction to him taking over what essentially is already a hit show.

What should a talk show host who got his cards do when he has to exit a show at it's height of popularity. What should a talk show host do when he got his cards when at the beginning of what could be an incredible run on the tonite show.

Not bad mouthing any team, but the decisions they all made complicated things enough to share the blame around a bit in my opinion.

In the end they are the ones walking around richer than all of their viewers and it's funny how that somehow gets lost in all the drama.

I am not a big fan of any of those guys, but I am putting myself on Team Conan for this one. Leno announced his retirement in 2004 and NBC named Conan as his replacement. Leno was quitting, he was walking away from his gig. It isn't O'Brien's fault that Leno's show was killing NBC in the 10 o'clock spot, and then when NBC admitted it made a mistake and wanted to move Leno back, it was going to push O' Brien back until midnight, where he would not be seen by as many people.

Leno announced his retirement, Conan was to take over the "Tonight Show" and its spot immediately after. There was no mention made of Leno getting a new show, and when it bombed, Conan was pushed out of the way to make room for him. That is completely unfair to O'Brien whose fan base was growing. Not only does Leno "un-retire", he takes the place of the guy who been named his replacement six years ago, and had switched coasts, along with many, many of his staff, and at great expense. Leno clearly has come out looking like the bad guy here.

Team leno I use to always watch the tonight show when he was host but when conan took over I hardly watched it

I'm on Leno's side. Always thought Leno was funnier than the other guys and his show always kept me excited with his guests and all the humor he put towards them as well. I know many people can't beat Carson but many people can't beat Jay either. His humor is the most natural out of all the other comedians.

Wow, seriously? This is a big deal here, you know. This isn't something you can just make a poll out of on Yahoo!Answers. A romantic relationship could lead to much more, like getting married and having kids. You never know. And 99% of the people that choose one of these girls will choose the one that THEY are interested in. What kind of girls do YOU like? This is 100% a decision you have to make on your own.

Team Conan. I like his sense of humor, although I'm glad he's leaving after what NBC did to him. He deserves better and I wish him all the best in whatever he does next.
