hmmm well its not a red eared slider i can tell you that with no doubt. as the name implies, where the ears should be, there are ot red streaks so disregard that possibility. otherwise, im tempted to say a painted turtle based on the face however the shell markings make me stray from that conclution. thusly my best guess would be an eastern chichen turtle

Side views are nice but don't show all the key characteristics. The wide yellow stripe behind the eye makes me think Yellow-Bellied Slider. Look at the underside. It should have large black dots on the front half of the plaston and no markings on the rear half.

well its defiantly a water turtle may be a Florida Red-bellied Turtle or a Yellow Belly Slider

..it's just the common Red Eared Slider Turtle.
You're lucky cause those are very docile and Hardy unlike leaf or mata mata's.
Red Eared Sliders are perfect turtle pets be sure to apply its home by its size 10x its size I mean.
And it looks like a hatchling I think.. If it is then feed it one or twice daily then when it gets bigger feed it once every other day..

Well, since I didn't see any red on it's face, but I did see plenty of yellow I would have to say a Yellow Bellied Slider.
