My husband lost the car title of the car he just baught and is not on his name?
He allready whent to see th seller and the title was not on his name he sells different cars and the title I guess was only endorsed, what can we do, we only now the car was registered in another state I think Maryland

Start looking for the title he lost. That would be the best thing. Go back to where he was handed the title and retrace his steps to find it.
Lacking that, he will have to contact the actual owner of the car. Not the dealer who sold it, but the actual seller. And by the way, if the seller is not a dealer, he can't sell cars not in his name, but that's beside the point now.
Hopefully the actual owner will apply for a lost title, and sign it over to your husband. He should, of course, pay for the owners expenses and trouble for doing that.
If that doesn't work, look into the concept of bonded title in your state. It's expensive and complicated, but if all else fails, it's all that's left.

Go to the DMV in the state where the car is registered. They have a form that both applies for a re-issue of the title and also transfer to a new owner. (At least they do here in California). This is so you can sell a vehicle even if you've lost the original title.
