WM 26: Taker vs Michaels vs BRET HART?!?!?!?
Michaels and Hart are in a storyline. Michaels and Taker are in a storyline. All 3 are headliners, Michaels can be #1 contendor now that he isn't in tag action. Hartis obviously back in the picture (not full on wrestling but they are doing SOMETHING) and of course Taker was sticking up for Hart. And not to mention, I can't imagine Michaels breaking the streak. Breaking the Streak would be the ultimate retribution for Bret Hart, and I know Undertaker would not mind letting him win. After the screwjob, it's only fitting that Hart get the championship as his last act.
now I'm not sure what they'd do AFTER mania, I presume Taker will retire, and we all know michaels is getting there. And Hart already is XD. But I think maybe all 3 will retire after mania, vacate the title, and Cena will pick it up, again, as usual.

For sure that looks a very entertaining match, but the WWE storyliners are planning on Taker vs HBK and Bret Hart vs Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania 26.

Why not just have it Micheals and "Taker because Bret would be on the floor resting through out the whole match while those two battled it out.

How do you know Taker would let an old wahed up star who can barely wrestle anymore end his streak?
