about eating dried mango pieces and then later eating a normal mango?
well i ate a bag of dried mango pieces with were lovely and then later on i decided i wanted to have a fresh mango but i found that when i ate the fresh mango i a feeling in my throat i couldn't explain and starting coughing, i wanted to know has anyone tried this before eating dried mango and then eating a fresh mango?
i don't know if this has happened to anyone before but i felt like i was choking in a way and think it may have been because i had both dried and normal mango.
im not sure if this is with just dried mango or with all dried fruit that it is bad if you also eat non dried fruit afterwards.

Well... there could be a reason for the coughing... although I'm not quite sure of it...
Usually.. dried fruits... are preserved with high contents of sugar, salt and vinegar... for reserving's sake... so the often absorb the moisture from your mouth... which can cause a ''pulling''... and ''contracting'' sensation in your mouth, if you do consume high quantities of the stuff...
So I guess, when another source of moisture entered your mouth,it had something... of a shock, causing you to choke... I guess...
Cheers!!!!!!
