Go with a primer first, to lessen the oil. Then use a sheer foundation to get rid of redness and any blemishes. Then, finish with the power compact and use a brush - just use enough to blend everything in. Make sure you blend in along your chin line as well. This will help to keep your makeup in place. When you use the restroom, just do a touchup and you will set. Good luck!

If you must do your make up yourself, apply a powder after you wear foundation (you will want to wear foundation on your wedding day, even if you dont normally wear it. It will even out your skin tone and look better on camera). Throughout the day, you dont want to keep applying powder as your skin gets oily, because that will make your face look cakey. Instead, use blotting papers.

Brush for powders always. Not a lot though. Too much and it looks grainy. Best thing is a light liquid foundation and then the powder over it. It keeps off oil and keeps the makeup on longer.
