What will be the result of premarital sex?

It is bad to have premarital sex without protection. I will blame the girl specially for such an action . it is still illegal child

No one can force him to marry her. She was foolish to believe him and I think now she realizes it. She decided to carry the baby and give birth to the child which was her decision. The 22 year old mother will be responsible for her child and have to take care of the baby. She can go to the courts and make him pay child support for the baby. Other then that the father must be "willing" to marry her, move in with her, or make a life for all of them together. Hopefully he will come to his senses and marry the girl that he has been sex with and try to raise the child together. If he doesn't, the mother will have to live up to her decision and raise the child on her own however she can. The mother and the father both have legal rights. The fate of the girl lies in the path that she chooses to take in life for herself and her child. She decided to have the child, she has to grow up fast and become a mother.

My best advice to you is to tell the mother to consult a lawyer, get legal advice, and get the ball rolling. If he decides he wants the child he can file for custody and have things in order. It would be better for her to get an attorney and see what her options are. It's best for her to to see what her options are, make decisions and follow through with them. This way she is prepared and not taken off guard. I don't know if she wants the father in the child's life or not. I'm sure there is more to the situation then what is written above. If he is going to get her pregnant and then ditch her he needs to start paying support as soon as possible. If he is running scared because of the baby and doesn't want anything to do with it now would be a good time to get custody things taken care of and legalized. If you get him for child support and he doesn't pay they can legally arrest him. If he pays for a little while then stops paying they can arrest him again over and over. I was one of those boys that indulged in premarital sex and now I am a man who indulges in premarital sex. More people need to get smarter and use rubbers (condoms) if they're going to have sex and not prepared or don't want a child. I always have at least 4 magnum condoms with me at all times, I buy them in a box of 36 for $30. It's a cheap price to pay considering I'm not ready to have children yet and don't want to catch a disease from anyone.

Well, she can't force him to marry her, and I don't see why she would want to make him marry her if he didn't want to anyway...

But she can make him give her money to support the child (if he doesn't already support the child).

So the only legal action that the woman could take would be to get child support (payments for things that the child needs) out of him. She can get money.

But she cannot legally force him to be a good father, or to marry her and live with her and the child.

If he does support the child, does take care of the child, and does help pay for the needs of that child, then she can't really do anything legally, because he's already doing what he is supposed to be doing in the first place.

The girl can raise the child by herself, or allow the father to be involved in the life of the child (which he should be, and she should absolutely let him care for the child; if she does not, then HE can take legal action against HER), or she can find a new man and if that man loves the child, he might be a father figure for the child. She can get a job and make enough money to take care of her child and herself, and support herself and her child. She can get government assistance as well.

The pregnancy thing is always discussed or thought before going for sex.... And if the grl's nature is what u mentioned then she will never do premarital sex.......

premarital sex results in death. and eternal damnation. the guy screws some chick and her boyfriend comes in to th house, takes him outside and curb stomps him. the harlot girl eventually gets aids and her 12 year old daughter is left to wander the streets of compton without mommy daddy or a dime in her pocket.. her only choice? prostitution.
