Shouldn't the President have made 2009 the "year of jobs"?!?

At last night's State of the Union speech, President Obama said that he was going to make JOBS his focus for 2010. Isn't he a year late?

    He couldn't. Democrats have Congress.

Evidently, he plans to change that in 2010.

He is not making 2010 the year of jobs if he goes about it fighting the very thing that creates the jobs. obamas speech last night about saving jobs and cutting taxes and building up small buisness if a fairy tail or he is seriously delusioned because there are no facts supporting his statement

Well, I wouldn't consider it his job to create jobs...but since he passed a ginormous stimulus in 2009, stating it was an emergency to create jobs, yes, he should have focused on that last year.
