Every tribal nation in every part of the world developed language independent of each other, and therefore different from each other. The alteration of skin color and certain physical features began when mankind had spread to a sufficient number of different geographic regions with different climates, foods, and environmental factors for physical changes to begin taking effect over the course of generations. If what you're looking for is an actual "date", they weren't keeping dates back then. We're talking about a LONG time ago, dude. Think 100,000 years and then think even farther back.

All humans were at one time black, as they migrated north and east skin colors changed because of changing levels of melanin. Human migration out of Africa occurred between 50,000 and 150,000 years ago.

Man moved out of Africa in several waves. Due to different climates suiting different features and body types, light skins and eyes tended to dominate and become the norm in northern Europe, where a black skin would mean insufficient vitamin D production.
