Y & R - Should Victor just build a couple more ....?
mansions on his ranch and house all family - lol ! Let Ashley / Abbey have a wing and Adam / Sharon / Faith stay in the other wing of one . Nick / Phyllis / Hope wing in other mansion shared with Victoria / J.T. / Reed in their own wing ! Noel can rotate between homes or move in the vacant ex - home of his dad with Eden . Victor / Nikki can have the home they shared for many years off & on . Still lots of room for over nite visitors and servants to stay ! Crazy resolve huh ?
Sorry I do mean Noah and Summer ! My friend & ex co-worker has 2 daughters - Hope & Faith - we both watch Y & R and B & B . The 2 names come up often in our coversations - her kids / Faith on one show Hope on the other ! Noel is a boy we know with Downs who just survived cancer ! The reason I put Faith with Adam & Sharon b/c that's her baby not Ashley's ! Ashley had planned to name her baby - Hope in the beginning ! Thanks to all who pointed out the mix-ups - i'll proof better next time - lol ! I'm aware Summer is for Phyllis Summers and Reed is for Nikki Reed also .

Y&R has gotten too tight with their money to start adding new sets! Would be nice to have a more modern home for such rich people. Someone needs to seriously remodel the Newman ranch AND especially the Chancellor estate! Jill tried to awhile back, but for some reason, they reverted to the same old decor. Time to move on.

When you say "Noel" are you talking about "Noah"? Nick and Sharon's son?
I think Victor should just build more mansions on the ranch.The ranch is supposedly HUGE right? So I think he really does not need to battle with Ashley, just build a new mansion on the ranch. Victor has got enough on his plate with Adam and trying to get Chancellor Industries from Tucker. There is no need to squabble over the ranch with Ashley.

Why build? just have trailers (The Victor Newman Tailer Park)and when someone gets tired of their neighbor they can drive to a new location on the ranch......and Murphy would be right at home him and Catherine could drive over in their trailer for a visit.

Great idea and it would spur the construction business in Wisconsin, bring in more players, accidents, etc. Improve the story line which is getting boring.
