You are in luck here, 'cause there is a city bus that goes directly to Parnell Square from the airport.
After you exit the arrivals, cross over the pedestrian crossing, past the parking pay stations, and proceed through a small arcade with coffee shops. This opens up into a big set down area and bus station. There are 2 options, the 41 bus will go directly to the city and costs about €2, but stops at every bus stop along the way. Or get the 747 express bus which is quicker and costs €4.
Get off at the second last stop in Parnell Square. The driver will tell you when to get off, if you ask him.

There are loads of buses connecting Dublin airport with the city, a lot of them stop in O'Connell Street which is around the corner from Parnell Square East If go to your hotel's website, it should have information on what transport is available & how to get it from O'Connell Street Even though 5 Parnell Square East is probably a hotel, it's not a good idea to give out the address of where you're staying on the internet

If you intend to invest your holyday in an alternative place then Dublin is that place, see more with hotelbye . In Dublin you can see several interesting things and areas, the Dublin Zoo and The National Gallery of Ireland are only two of the very best attractions here. Trinity College can also be a great interest for any tourist. Trinity College is in the middle of the capital and is really a packed full of incredible history. That university could be the oldest in Ireland and has been launched in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth I.

Aircoach.
Its only €7.
Once you step out of the airport, there will be guys wearing orange with little ticket machines on their belts, go up to them and ask for a ticket to Parnell Street, they'll give it to you, you'll pay, you'll get into the aircoach (bus). If you don't know which bus it is, ask the guy who you bought the ticket from.
The bus always goes to O' Connel Street and Parnell Street is literally around the corner from it, so if you get there and you don't know where to go, go into a shop and ask which direction.

The bus links from Dublin airport are quite exquisite. Plenty of opportunities to hop on a bus and get wherever you are wanting to go. Definitely the least cost option. You just need to come out of the airport and the bus stations will be right there in front of you. Good luck! x
