I used to get all up-set and frustrated when my PC would start acting up. now I just grinn-and-bear-it. I can find the re-start button in the dark now!

I get impatient when I end up running too many programs at once and my computer can't cope, and I do feel a subdued need to throw it out of the window. Then I just very calmly try to close programs or restart the computer.

You have to remember that a computer might solve a mathematical calculation before us, it is only good at doing one thing at a time. We human beings are more used to doing several things at a time, and then there's me, who is not good at anything, but decides to do it all at once anyway.

Wow, I'm so glad to hear someone else feels like that too. I also have gotten really anxious and freaked out at certain times in my life when I spent most of my time on the computer. It's like a part of you gets wrenched away, because the computer provides so much communication and entertainment and learning. It's not as bad when you have a lot of stuff to do in real life, though... like a job, and a physically active social life...

I don't mind not being on my laptop the whole day if i know it is working but when it doesn't work i feel like i miss something and i also listen music on my laptop. So yeah i freak out when i know my computer or laptop doesn't work.

Yah, especially since all homework is practically using the internet in some way. The other stuff that I browse can wait. And moreover, I am the worst mechanic when it comes to fixing electronics!

Gemini. Yes! Like you, I will go crazy if my computer went out. In fact, my home computer upstairs went out, and I was like AAAHHH!!! Luckily, I had a laptop, and I fixed it myself, so it's working again. What I have learned doing that time? Always have a backup computer, and stay calm!

Yes..I'm a Cancer..i find myself cursing at my laptop when it happens..i even end up thinking that my laptop hates me, and become desperate to get it fixed! I spend alot of time online, but i also rely on it for alot of things... i'm using it to keep in contact with the men that i arrange to meet up with from the dating site i'm on, and i also study my A-Levels online through a home education college website, my CV is stored on my laptop, i'm signed up to online employment agencies and get new job vacancies sent to me weekly.

understand the middle of an OS, and keep contemporary on the hot OSes. understand networking, Hardware is nice, yet when you're repairing shopper or agency structures, likely they are mass marketplace funds bins.

No, I don't really freak out a lot. I just calmly think it will be working in a while and it does. I don't really worry about things like that.
