35 wks pregnant blurred vision?

Hi there 
i am 35 wks pregnant and while out shopping today i began to see bright fuzzy lights in my left eye then i really panicked as i could hardly see out it and had 2 sit down and have a drink, it went away after about 10 mins but my head has felt abit strange every since like im really tired and in a bubble.  This also happened about a week ago but wasnt as bad, does any1 know what this could be? should i be worried? i have my midwife on thursday so will mention it then but im quite concerned :(

Call your doctor right away.  This could be several things, most commonly preeclampsia or gestational diabetes.  Look into to this immediately.  Don't wait until Thursday, call her now.

im not sure if you should be concerned as i had high risk pregnancies, but with my first i used to get so dizzy and have black out spells that when i was at the store i would walk into the clothes racks it was so bad but when the doctor checked me out everything was fine she said i probably just needed a drink or snack to re-boost my energy cause i was anemic

i would tell your midwife right now if i were you, this could be a sign of preeclampsia and the condition has a habit of getting really dangerous really fast, if you have protein in your urine and also headaches this could also be a factor, i would phone up your midwife very soon, good luck

i would try checking your blood pressure and talk to your doctor about it immediately, I have this happen to me quite often and it is always from a big change in my blood pressure. blood pressure problems can be really dangerous during pregnancy so be careful.. good luck
