Cleaning off melted foil?

Ok thought I was doing something good, turned out worse than spilled over mess in oven. Anyway just got a new oven already had one item spill over so this time before I used I placed a sheet of aluminum foil over the botton tray that covers the burner on bottom of stove. Anyway now I have a bigger mess. Foil melted to the tray and I have no idea how to remove it. Any ideas?

good lord your worse than me, i think your going to have to heat the oven and wait till it melts again then remove the tray and scoop up the foil as best you can over time it will sure to go.
