AVG is useless that is why you now have a rouge app. You'll probably need another pc and some removable media for this. get malwarebytes anti-malware, combofix, hosts expert, avira antivir, and glary utilities. first restart in safe mode , this can be done by restarting and pressing F8 prior to windows starting up you may have to press it several times just after the first POST screen, you will probably see the manufacturers splash screen or something similar. when you get into safe mode go to start then run then open the startup tab and remove anything related to the virus/rouge app as well as reader_sl and anything like adobe speed launcher etc. the adobe is ok to leave but it will speed up the startup process a bit. you may see some items that are literaly only numbers or a mix of numbers and letters that mean nothing, remove those as well. close msconfig via the ok buttons but do not restart yet. try installing/running the aforementioned antivirus software and/or any you already have, once done remove spybot and avg, restart with out being connected to the inter net, by disconnecting the cable to your modem or router. then try installing and running malware bytes then avira then glary then combofix, let combo fix restart the pc and follow its instructions. once done connect to the internet and update all of your antivirus software (malware bytes and avira) then scan again, this should leave your pc clean, I would sugest keeping avira anti-vir or avast or purchase kaspersky, avoid avg and spybot as well as norton, they are all useless products, your pc is currently a prime example, none of them are perfect but those are some very poorly written apps. anytime you are infected you risk loosing data so be ready for that, backing up at this point would have a risk of backing up the infection as well. Ill add links to the sources section. you may want to run hosts expert from funkytoad.com as well and restore your default host files.
