LEAVE THOSE DAMN CHEMICALS ALONE. THERE GONNA KILL YOUR BODY. EAT BIG, LIFT BIG, SLEEP GOOD, AND GROW!

Use of creatine to increase workout capacity can be benneficial to a body builder who's regimin is close to peak capacity to allow lifter to MAX higher, therefor resulting in more muscular gain. Creatine is useful if the athlete has already established peak performance therefor a solid muscular base. Semi useless in the long run if you arent an avid body builder as muscle isn't as perminent as muscle gained while not using it. I refer to building your house upon sand opposed to rock. Why allow your body to get used to that supplement when your building muscle? Then you must constantly take it to perform at that level. You'd rather build it up properly by establishing a routine with peaks and pair your lifts to opposing muscle groups. Once you have established and MAINTAIN a higher weight max, try creatine to exceed that, allowing you to lift more than you originally could ie: larger muscle gain. Creatine is expensive and semi-dangerous if you are not careful you may damage your kidneys or liver and most people don't use it properly resulting in a waste of money and time. For most people, the cost/bennefit ratio isnt worth it. aj~kinesiologist

Your Answer:
NO Xplode is a pre-workout sports supplement. If you are taking certain medications may want to avoid it, and its use can cause detrimental side effects.
Bio-Engineered Supplements & Nutrition manufactures NO-Xplode, a sports supplement designed to give individuals extra energy and increased blood flow during workouts. It contains creatine, which accelerates the production of energy in muscle cells, as well as the nitric oxide boosters arginine and citrulline, and caffeine, in the form of methylxanthine.
Warning
According to drugs.com, creatine can negatively affect the actions of many drugs, and people taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories should not take creatine because their combined use will stress the kidneys. Arginine may cause people with herpes simplex to suffer increased outbreaks. If you are taking monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, or have sleeping disorders, high blood pressure or heart diseas, consult a doctor before taking supplements containing caffeine.
Creatine Side Effects
Drugs.com advises those using creatine to drink extra fluids, because creatine can cause dehydration, muscle cramps, reduced blood volume, decreased urine volume and electrolyte imbalances. Creatine has also caused allergic reactions that include swelling in the lips, tongue and face, labored breathing, closing of the throat and hives.
Nitric Oxide Side Effects
Nitric oxide acts as a vasodilator, expanding the blood vessels, and it can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure. Vasodilators may also cause dizziness, headaches, nausea, fluid retention, tachycardia (fast heart beat) and skin rashes.
Caffeine Side Effects
Drugs.com reports that caffeine side effects ange from diarrhea, increased urination, hyperglycemia (high blood sugar), stomach pain and vomiting to cold sweats, dizziness, fast heartbeat, dry mouth, blurred vision, insomnia, irritability and nervousness.

Unless you take real steroids(illegal) you wont get anything out of it.
3 reasons: 1. that protein powder and creatin oyu buy for 60$ a kg has not been proven to do anything.
2. If you eat one serving of meat a day you are getting enough protein to gain muscle, anything else you ingest just ends up straight in your urine, unless you litterally like to flush money away I wouldn't buy that ****.
3. If for some reason you decide to take extra protein or anything of that sort you will need to drink about 13-16 cups of water every day or you will become dehydrated, too much of anything is a bad thing =)
On another note, if you do take that stuff and you feel and look more muscular it's actually because your body will be retaining more water from all the water you had to drink because of the ridiculous amounts of protein u took.
