What are the best perks modern warfare 2?
I know you unlock perks like danger close at a high level but i dont know if the higher level perks are good or not so I was wondering which perks are best together?

It's a difficult question to answer since it largely depends on your style of play and also the game mode that you're playing.
All around, I'd say the best perks include:
Sleight of hand
Stopping Power
Ninja
For Ground Wars, you're better off with:
Scavenger
Stopping Power
Ninja
For knifing, you'll want to use:
Lightweight
Marathon
Ninja (or Commando)
Your gaming style helps define what perks are best for you. I recommend sleight of hand pro, stopping power pro, and ninja pro for overall use. For ground wars, where you may need more ammo so I'd recommend scavenger pro rather then sleight of hand. Danger close is a good perk if you like to use explosives like the grenade launcher.
Test out different Modern Warfare 2 perks and you'll eventually find one that fits your style!

always no matter what gun use the following:
Scav Pro: 1 perk (option is Bling Pro, which i use on some guns)
Stopping Power Pro: 2 perk ( i also use Hardline on strong guns)
Comando Pro: 3 perk( Steady Aim Pro if using a sniper)
I pretty good at the game and these i have learnt from friends like Seananners, that these are the ones the pros use. Good Luck

Well as some others said you have to make a good combination of perks. For example Marathon Pro, Lightweight Pro or Cold Blooded Pro and Ninja Pro or Commando Pro will make you almost impossible to catch if you want to stab someone in the back, especially with Cold Blooded since you don't get detected by UAVs etc.
For a Sniper a good combination would be Scavenger Pro (or Marathon Pro in case you want to change spots often), Stopping Power Pro (combine that with FMJ to make one shot kill each time) and Steady Arm Pro to help with your aim.

The perks I prefer to use are Scavenger Pro, Hard line Pro / Lightweight Pro, and Commando Pro.
But it all depends on the game mode your playing. Ninja and cold-blooded are best used in Hardcore matches.
All perks are good depending on the game mode your playing and you unlock Pro after completing challenges and so forth.
Good luck in the game.

For knifing:
Marathon Pro
Lightweight Pro
Commando Pro or Ninja Pro
For assault and sniper rifles:
Scavenger Pro
Stopping Power Pro
Steady Aim Pro
For taking out killstreaks and when playing Hardcore matches:
Scavenger Pro
Cold Blooded Pro
perk 3 is more of a personal preference
You could also use hardline Pro for weapons that produce a lot of damage and sleight of hand pro on shotguns and sniper rifles to reload and aim quicker down the scope for sniper rifle.

properly you may desire to easily attempt to no longer be a gadget and play sturdy? heavily dude tenting is for newfags and you may desire to be plenty greater efficient than that. anyhow dude good success with it. individually i do no longer camp and use Marathon professional, gentle-weight professional and Comando professional as i'm whats referred to as a ROFL knifer. UMP45 FMJ, 40 4 Magnum w/ Tactical Knife, Throwing Knife and Stuns.
