Can i use pictures i found in google search for a blog?
Can i use certain pictures i found on Google image search in a blog, or is it considered copy-wright?
If i do use it, do i have to specify where it came from?

yes... using HTML you can right click on the image and find its source then you use this as your img source in HTML be sure to check copyrights though ;)
