I'm confused...Please help me?

Hi everyone

Well in December i went on this diet where I lost 5 kg's in a month. And then I was suppose to start it again on January, but I couldn't. Now i've started it again, and have been on it for a week. I've eaten only 500 calories a day for every day of the week, but today I binged and ate chocolate, so my calorie intake for today is about 1000 calories. I just weighed myself, and found that I went up about 8 lbs?! How is that possible? And has anyone got any other diet plans which helped them lose weight?

I'm 15, 5'0 and 110 pounds =)

Oh and has anyone got any tips for me to become more taller? I'm kind of tired being short LOL =)

Update:

Oh I didn't only eat chocolate lol I had a croissant and a handful of weetoes cerial without milk...I feel so bad! lol

    You shouldn't weigh yourself after eating, you're bound to weigh "more" because there's more in your stomach.

    Weigh yourself in the morning before you've eaten and after you've used the toilet, that way you should get an accurate reading.

    You cannot gain 8lbs in a day just from eating 1000 calories, which is far too little anyways.

    You should try a balanced diet, with at least 1200 calories to it and plenty of exercise, this will help you lose weight far more healthily and you'll actually keep the weight off.

    If you're only having 500 calories a day then you're bound to break and binge at some point because you're depriving yourself - which leads to bingeing unless you have incredible willpower which not many people do!

    Trust me, I've been dieting for 2 years, I'm not over weight (5"4 and 110lbs), and I find the best way is to give myself what I like but in moderation, and to exercise.

    Please find a healthier way of losing weight, you only need to lose another 5lbs or so, you're healthy as you are hunny!

    As for growing taller, not getting the nutrients you need can't be helping..

    Obviously you didn't gain 8 lbs from eating chocolate. Your weight is more accurate in the morning.
