Your Mom's in Hell. Your dad's in Hell. Your children's in Hell, but you made it to Heaven?

How can you be happy for eternity knowing the ones you've loved dearly are suffering a fate far worse than anything they ever deserved. Does anyone have a better reason than "God wipes your memory of them."? Personally I think that one is Fk'd up.

Update:

I just thought about it and I guess after a while, you really just don't care about the ones you loved in the past. You've made it to Heaven, they didn't, and you can enjoy laughing at them for not believing you.

First, God will judge our family members and not us and we do not know who He will bring with Him. Our responsibly and purpose here is to show others our love for God and Jesus and how they love us all and to help them see Christ in our lives to pass on His Word. Period. We can not save anyone, God can. We can and must follow the Holy Spirit to become like Jesus as stated in Romans 8:29 so others can see the joy in our eyes, hearts and actions. Pray, read the Bible and your family will see the Christ in you.

I'd rather be in hell if that was the case. It's the people you're with not the place! Well since I don't believe in any god I must be going to hell anyway, so I'll see most of my friends and family there ;-)

That hypothetical concept of Heaven treats people as simple pain or pleasure generating mechanisms. It completely ignores that who we are is built upon what we have experienced in the past, including who we have loved and cared about. It is a sociopath's view of reward and punishment.

This is why Im glad Im a Jew. We dont have that whole Zoroastrian/Christian heaven and hell thing, or that eternal torment thing, or the Catholic-invented Original Sin thing, or anything else Christianity believes either.

We are NOT to judge others, therefore only God knows where the dead go, we can not know or understand.

Rather then worry about Hell, I would read the Bible, learn about forgiveness, love and compassion, we need to feel God's Spirit in us. Then you will learn wisdom and peace! I pray for you and wish you love.

They're your mom and dad only in this life. In all the life before perhaps you don't even knew them. And I think in heaven you'll be brainwahsed (That is if you managed to reach there).

Everything is illusion my friend. Try to get out of it. If you can't then leave yourself upon almighty. Love him and he will guide you.

To begin with when we die we die. what goes where is our soul. That is what appears before God when he determines what happens to your soul. it is the soul that lives and nothing else. So be very very happy if you make it to heaven.

That would stink, That's why I'm not going. I wouldn't know anyone and all the ancestors are else where.

We are all apples off the tree and some of us are rotten and must be discarded
