Buying a new external hard drive?
I'm looking at buying a new external hard drive. I have one now that has 70 gigs left but i wanna upgrade from my 600gb one. I want one that I can put my files on and doesnt auto back up my computer files. I have one now that automaticly backs up everything and i dont want that. any suggestions on one that doesnt auto back up and has over 600gb?
thanks i went into the software and turned off the back up thing and deleted the backup folder in it and now i have 169gigs. thanks

uh...alll of them. (just don't install the backup software)
Also, with your current one, go into the back-up folder on your drive, Delete it. and then uninstall the backup software from your computer. or disable it.

don't install the software that comes with it. just plug it in and go to "my computer". you will see it there.

get a one terabyte hard drive there like $220 canadian and it will last you forever
